TIPS

PREPGenerously season all sides of the meat with your favorite Grill 7 spice. Thicker cuts always need more than you’d think. Allow seasoned meat to rest at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before grilling.

GRILL:  Sear over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. Reduce heat to low-medium and finish grilling to desired temperature; flip only when necessary. Use a grill thermometer to nail temperature requests (rare, medium, etc) every time.

ENJOY:  Always allow grilled meat to rest at room temperature for 3-5 minutes before serving.

BEEF

No.7 Original was originally crafted to bring out the best in a steak. Try it on all of your favorite cuts, including ribeye, strip, filet, and t-bone. And don’t forget brisket, ribs, fajitas, and hamburgers! Buy grass-fed beef whenever possible. For special occasions go with Certified Angus Beef.

Grill 7 brings chicken to life (not literally), providing the flavor and sealing in the juices that will set your chicken apart from the flock. You and your guests will never see plain-ol’ boneless, skinless chicken breast the same again…guaranteed.

Grill 7 shines on pork roasts, ribs, chops, and especially tenderloin. Use No.7 Sweet for the kids or kick it up a notch with No.7 Spicy if you’re looking for a little heat.

SEAFOOD

Wild salmon + your favorite Grill 7 spice is really tough to beat. Or try Grill 7 on any flaky white fish (cod, tilapia, mahi, halibut, etc) to make savory fish tacos. No.7 Spicy on grilled jumbo shrimp makes a killer appetizer or meal. Frozen seafood is fine, just leave time for thawing. Buy wild caught fish when you can, though pay attention to the rapidly improving sustainable seafood farming community. Consider grilling in an aluminum foil “oven” to seal in juices and a quick cleanup.
